Leicester City has already spent £56M and the squad doesn't look good enough yet, where to spend it in the next five days of the window?

There are five days left until the end of the summer transfer window, and Leicester City have already brought seven new players to the club.

Caleb Okoli, Michael Golding, Bob Decordova Reid, Facundo Buonanotte, Oliver Skipp and Jordan Ayew arrived. In addition to the fulfillment of the obligation to purchase Issahaku Fatawu from Sporting.

Even with several new faces at Seagrave, it is clear that the club still needs reinforcements. Okoli (£12M) doesn't seem to please Steve Cooper; Golding (£5M) is playing with the boys at the academy as he doesn't show much yet. Decordova Reid (free) seems to be a player to be part of the squad and one that Cooper likes. Skipp and Ayew haven't had much to show yet.

The only one that really seems to be a quality addition so far is the one we got on loan, Facundo Buonanotte. He is the one who has shown the best performance so far.

But it is clear that the club needs more, a true number 10 is essential. The hottest name floated for this position is Bilal El Khannouss (20), Genk's young Moroccan talent. There is speculation that an offer of €30M would be needed to bring him in and Leicester are doing everything they can to get him.

Another crucial position would be that of a striker. With Iheanacho leaving free, Daka's injury, Vardy's advanced age and Cooper's lack of trust in Cannon, LCFC also needs someone of quality for this position. Several names were linked in this window such as Fotis Ioannidis, Santiago Giménez, Wahi among others (all worth around €30M), the most likely is that Leicester will try to loan David Datro Fofana from Chelsea.

The Foxes will still try to save time and money, look for a new CB, perhaps a new RB. The fact is that there are only a few days left until the window closes and there is still a lot of work to be done at King Power.
