Its no secret that Bayern is after Xavi Simons. The young dutchman is Max Eberls most desired transfer target.
An agreement has been reached with his management weeks ago. Only a decision from Xavi himself is missing. Since his old club - RB Leipzig - is also interested in bringing him back. Xavi will decide on his new club this week and according to my infomation he is currently leaning towards accepting Bayern Munichs proposal. He hasnt 100% decided on his new club yet but Bayern recieved very positive signals from him. A final decision is expected in the next 1-2 days.
Eberl, Freund and Kompany presented their project to Xavi again in the last days. Xavi is said to be impressed by the way Kompany is planning on utilising him and also excited by Eberls and Freunds plans to rebuild FC Bayern.
